Can I place my order over the phone?.
Yes! You can call our customer service representatives at 888-635-5251, we are here Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm PST. Please note when making a phone order we can only accept credit cards, but you may place your order online by credit card, or PayPal any time, day or night, seven days a week!
While you're shopping, you can click "Buy Me" to place items in your shopping cart. You can always see what's in your cart by clicking "My Cart" in the upper right corner of most pages. The items you selected will be saved until you're ready to purchase them. If you're logged in to jaquabathandbody.com, you'll also see items that you placed in your cart (but didn't buy) from previous logged in shopping sessions. From the shopping cart, click "Check Out" to purchase items in your cart or "Continue Shopping" to browse jaquabathandbody.com for more items.
It is very easy to find a history of all the orders that you've placed, or the status of a current order. Click on “My Account” and sign in if you have not already done so. Once you sign in you will see “My Orders”, which is a list of all the previous and current orders that you have placed, you can then click on any one of them to see the details of that order. If an order has already been shipped, you can click "Tracking Number" for that order to find out what the current status is and when it is expected to be delivered.
How do I cancel an online order?
Jaqua ships orders, with only a few exceptions, within 1-2 working days of the date they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by calling Jaqua Customer Service 888-635-5251 Email cancelations are not accepted.
How will I know Jaqua received my online order?
Once you place an order with JaquaBathandBody.com, we will provide you with a confirmation number and summary of your order. In addition, we will send you an order confirmation email within one hour. If you do not receive your confirmation information within 24 hours, feel free to call Jaqua Consumer Service at 888-635-5251, to confirm that Jaqua has received your order.

Why can I only add 12 pcs of each item to my cart?
Jaqua Bath and Body online store is intended for personal /direct consumer use only, therefore we place an order maximum of 12 pcs per sku, per order. If you are interested in wholesale orders please contact us via email or phone 888-635-5251. If you need a larger quantity for a party, bridesmaids’ gifts, baby/bridal shower etc., please call our customer service number to help place your order.
Can I order or ship Jaqua products outside of the United States?
JaquaBathandBody.com is not currently accepting orders with billing or shipping addresses outside of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Where are your beauty products made?
All of our products; with the exception of a few bags, are made in The USA and Canada.
What is your most popular fragrance?
Buttercream Frosting is our most popular scent across almost all categories. Among our candles, Pacific Pomelo is our most popular.
Jaqua tests on friends and family :-) but never on animals.
What is the difference between Shea Butter based body butter and Cocoa Butter based body butter?
Cocoa butter and Shea butter are on par with each other in several areas. Both are great moisturizers and are the best you can use for your skin. Keep your skin ever youthful with cocoa butter and Shea butter! It's really more matter of choice. The Cocoa butter base can be a little thicker while the Shea butter base is a tad more creamier.
Here is the skinny-The BFF line is the same amazing Buttercream Frosting Fragrance designed with ingredients and packaging for a more moderate price point. Peace..Love..and Buttercream Frosting! :-)
Do you products contain Organic Ingredients?
Yes! Our Pacific Pomelo and Blooming Bergamot Spa line body butters contain some organic ingredients, as well as our Pink, Orange, and Lemon BFF Buttercream Frosting Forever Body creams in the airless tubes, and our Raspberry Buttercream Frosting Hand and Body lotion. Going forward we are looking to add as many organic ingredients to all our products as possible.
Are Jaqua's products Paraben Free?
Yes! Most of our lotions and Body butters are Paraben Free. Check each individual product for details.
How long do Body Products Last?
We make ours to be perfect for 3 years. After that it depends on the product and where it has been stored. But 3 years is the best time frame to use.
What scents are best paired together?
This is truly a personal choice. :-)
What are your most popular candle scents?
Our top candle scents are: Pacific Pomelo, Berry Buttercream, and Montecito Chai.
Approximate burn time is 30-55 hours.
How is your candle collection made?
Our candles are soy candles hand poured.
