We want you to be 100% happy with everything you purchase from JaquaBathandBody.com. You may return any item within 14 days of purchase. For damages, please contact customer service immediately by email or by calling 888-635-5251. If damaged items are returned without calling for authorization, return shipping will not be refunded.
Returns by mail in the United States:
- Sign into your account on JaquaBathandBody.com, click on the order you want to return, and click on “I need to return this product”
- Pack items safely for shipping
- All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. JaquaBathandBody.com is not responsible for return items that are lost in the mail. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. (Unless items were mis-shipped or damaged. In this case you must call customer service to process your order)
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanging an Item
We are unable to offer exchanges for JaquaBathandBody.com orders during the return process. If you would like a new item please call customer service to place a new order and you will receive free standard shipping on your new order.
