Shipping
- The shipping & handling cost for your order is based on the total items in your cart.
- Free shipping discounts are applied to orders in the lower 48 states BEFORE taxes and AFTER discounts are taken.
- Standard ground delivery to the lower 48 states will be within 3 to 8 business days once the package has shipped. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

- You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade the shipping method, Next Business Day orders must be received by 11:59 a.m. PST and 2nd Business Day orders must be received by 11:59 a.m. PST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.
- Saturday delivery is not available with many shipping services.
- Depending upon the items purchased and the shipping destination, different shipping methods will be available. We use a variety of shipping carriers (USPS, UPS & FedEx). If your address is not deliverable by a particular carrier, please call our customer service department to place your order 888-635-5251. Shipping charges for orders returned as undelivered, and/or orders that have been refused will be charged to the customer.
- Jaquabathandbody orders are all shipped without a signature required. If you want signature required you must call our customer service department to place your order and a $3.00 signature fee will apply.
- If one or more of the products ordered contains ingredients that are considered hazardous materials (e.g., alcohol-based fragrances), then shipping restrictions apply. Hazardous materials must be shipped via ground and may not be delivered to P.O. boxes. For any questions, please contact customer service at 888-635-5251.

APO/FPO Delivery Time
- Standard delivery will be up to 30 business days.
- All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Services. Express delivery is not available.

- Delivery to a stateside APO/FPO box will be made in 10 business days. Actual delivery time to the recipient's location may take up to a total of 30 business days or more.
